McGill-MD: is a metabolome database containing metabolite mass spectra of organisms; without (homeostasis) or with abiotic or biotic stress . The contributors to the database are McGill University researchers and collaborators. Users will be able to obtain a Table containing metabolome of an organism, or download mass spectra of all the metabolites entered in the database at McGill-MD.
